Here is a prime example of when it's OK to use cap CAP LOCKS

It is as Rusty and the rest have said. CAP LOCKS is considered yelling. The geeks call this type of stuff "Poor Netiquette".

Like all things in different places, and in life in general, you'll make mistakes until you figure out what is considered normal and what is considered to be in poor taste. No one is infused with all knowing knowledge when you first walk into a new room, job, hobby or a new endeavor.

We're all just stumbling around in the dark until...
1) Knowledge is taught by a guiding hand.
2) You're hit upside the head with a rude response from someone who thinks they are better than you.
3) You get physically hurt doing something stupid.

I too was going to say something to you about cap locks but I decided to wait. No one is demanding u hav gud speelen or proper punctuation, if you want to ignore the Shift Key then just type in all lower case.

I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt until it's shown otherwise that the person has little redeeming qualities... And then, they still have the benefit of the doubt... Just on a shorter leash.

This post was moved to clean up another thread, but kept for the tutorial value.

Do you LOL or lol? Now we know why that airline computer gave us a headache, all them capital letters shouting at us all day! Sleeping on the roof can be a good thing, no snakes, bears, creepy critters and a nice breeze.

you type really small with no capitol letters.
hmm

Or, you might try typing really really lightly... that should work too. Just don't tap so hard on the keyboards! Wink
