Need Kohler genset service manual

need a service manual or copy for my Kohler 7kw LP genset...I have owner's manual, doesn't help me cure my problem.

I have model 7CCKM and am having engine problems. Will not start without almost completely choking off intake air then runs but at very low idle speed if air remains choked off. No Kohler service anywhere near me so must troubleshoot myself. Seems to be starving for fuel.

You're going to want to talk to Richard Muise. He had, and repaired, the same problem that you're describing.

Do you have broadband or dial up?

Do you have a best time if I send all 91 pages of the engine manual? I recall when I had satellite, there was a big fat charge for receiving a lot of data all at once.

I have recently replaced ALL the filters, points, condenser, plug, main fuel valve, etc. on my genset so if you have any questions I may be able to help. I have not started it yet as I still have one leaking connection and do not want to start the beast until I have fixed it.

Repairs are fairly simple but accessibility is terrible and requires removing a lot of stuff to get to what you may want to fix.
