That's a beautiful coach. As for some of the comments here, I didn't expect trolls on B-mobile.

Trolls? hmm I read through all the comments and saw nothing but excellent advice. Danny made a joke, if that's what you misread.

A great website speaks the truth. As a buyer the last thing you need is a bunch of "good ole boys" blowing smoke up each others tailpipe nono As a seller, reality is going to catch up with you sooner or later.

I would advise our Navy friend to not speak of "used" - "reconditioned" or the like. Just say everything in good working order. The above adjectives suggest shortcuts that could scare a potential buyer away.

Trolls? We don't tolerate no stinkin trolls on Barthmobile! Violence Mischief

Right now it's in a general discussion area. I see no trolling involved, it's not listed in a for sale area and he is asking for advice.

In reality, even if he did put on all new tires he'll never recoup the additional expense of the new tires. So, putting down that you installed a used set of tires doesn't enhance his ability to sell it, it just brings light to a potential problem.

Without looking, I'm relatively sure that sk8er32283 talked about installing a used set of tires last year and we tried to steer him away from doing it then.

Danny's comments are inline with a joke so there's no harm - no foul on that one.

I do agree with you on the coach... it is a beautiful unit.

When the first troll post came on I looked back to see if I or someone else said anything wrong. I thought my post was very clearly making a joke, and I found nothing else except helpful advice that may have been misconstrued. However, this isn't the first time and won't be the last that a certain item is taken wrong, causing hard feelings among folks who don't even know each other, and have no idea how a certain phrase or line is meant. Too bad, as we never want to lose a friend or Barth fan.

Thanks all the replies everyone, trolls included. I was just looking for a ball park figure. I did indeed put the used tires on because of the cost for brand new tires the I would never be able to justify the money they would cost. This is a part time gig and if I were a full timer things may be different. Again I appreciate all advice and jokes.
