Here is his email spiel to the wonderlodge group. http://www.wanderlodgeownersgr...owthread.php?t=13429
quote:
I still have the motorhome for sale. It is in a great condition. The engine starts up perfectly and doesn't smoke or hesitate. Quiet exhaust. The transmission shifts smoothly, oil, exhaust system and brakes recently inspected , they are o.k i took good care of it. It has all service up to date.
The tires and brakes are good and the suspension is in excellent condition and has a very nice ride to it. All turn signal, brake, parking and reverse lights work correctly . The interior is in excellent condition . Carpeting and upholstery are in very good shape. There are no roof leaks of any kind, I reseal the roof every season as a precaution. Seats are the originals. The exterior is in good shape, no accidents or dents to speak of. The body is very solid. No delam. Side walls are strong. The roof is strong as well. All the appliances are in working condition. It has no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e.; pet, smoke, musty, etc.) . There is no water damage . It has a clear and clean title, free of all liens and encumberances..
Unfortunately I am not home and I can't sell it myself because i left town few days ago to help my daughter organizing her wedding and i may stay here a while. There is no problem for me as far as the transaction is concerned because I was selling this through ET4U anyway. I believe you know what ET4U is if you buy and sell online often, if you don't I'll be glad to walk you through the process. Let me know if you are still interested
and a follow up to someone who was interested in the coach
quote:
I'm pleased you are still interested. It is strange because i have sent yoy 20 pics. Please find them attached Like I said before I will be happy to walk you through the process. ET4U is short for eTraders4U and their website is etraders4u DOT net , maybe now this sounds familiar to you.. They are a chain of ebay drop off stores and they offer their services for Craigslist users too.I left the motorhome in their possession when i left and intended to sell it when i got back (if you ask why i'm selling it now when i'm not around), but the wedding costs too much and i need to sell it now to help my daughter get married.. They will take care of shipping, payment and title transfer(it is already signed by me and notarized so they are empowered to do this ). So if you want to purchase the motorhome, all you have to do is to register on their website. After you are registered with them an invoice will be sent to you. There you will find out more details about this sale like how to complete the payment, shipping process, insurance, etc .Afterward you have to complete the payment. They receive the payment and start the shipping process. You receive the motorhome and you have 10 days to inspect it and see if it's exactly as described. If you decide to keep it, you let them know and they will transfer the payment to me, if you decide to return it, they will give you a full refund back and return the item on my cost. So you can be sure the motorhome is exactly as described because i wouldn't sell something that i know it will be returned and loose extra money. The shipping cost is already included in the price listed on Craigslist so you don't have to worry about that. The process is very simple, it probably looks a little complicated from what i explained but it's not and for a better understanding of how their service works you can check out their "Selling on Craigslist" page. I would advise you to read the Selling on Craigslist page before you register so you can be sure you understand how the process works. Let me know if you are still interested and if you have questions please ask, no problem. Also, if you don't want to register on their website for any reason, you can send me your full name and shipping address and i will forward it to them, but it's better if you register yourself.

Thank you
PS: I am sorry for the long email but i couldn't explain the process in less words.
They've been using a hybrid email of the real company etraders4u.net

On their web site it states if the e-mail does not come from @etraders4u.net then it is a scam. This e-mail comes from etraders4u@gmail.com so it is NOT A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS for that company.

Here is that email

As you know you will receive 10 days return policy. In these 10 days you will have the opportunity to test the condition of the motorhome. If the motorhome is now how you expected ,you will receive full refund and your money will be forward from our bearing trust account.
The shipping will be made and insured by our company .
The title is in our custody and it's clear without lines. We will facilitate the title transfer and registration of your purchased motorhome within the United States.
If you would like to proceed with the transaction please go forward and register on our web site.

This posting is a scam. A new version of a Nigerian scam. The listing states The boat is in Lima, Ohio but follow up photos show mountains in the background. Original email response came from Martin Scott but follow up photos were sent from Grefen Lorents. Martin Scott stated in email that he could not personally make delivery due to being out of town to organize his daughter's wedding but arrangements could be made through NTC Services. We researched the name Grefen Lorents and found a scam in New Mexico involving a recreational vehicle in which same excuse of being out of town for daughter's wedding was used. This was in December of 2010. Funny thing I told him I was a police officer and smelled a scam and he never responded again!!!!

"daughter got married in December 2012..."

"getting married again June 2012.."

If she was mine, I'd give 'em $20 and tell them to go to the Justice of the Peace....

....surely, there must be some credit card that gives frequent wedding miles....

I am so excited about your offer. So much so that I shared with our local sheriff. He in turn contacted the WVA state police and they have turned it over to the FBI. I understand they may be contacting you and you can walk them through it.
Thanks again for your offer.

Now, what I need from the rest of you who received this is the emails addresses associated with this scam.

So - forward them to me, or post the addresses here, so I can do a little bit more work on our end.

I received this via email today. This is in response to the post above about boats too.

Subject: Re: 1998 Maxum 1900 - $5900

I still have the boat for sale. There are no structural or electrical problems with this boat. It is in outstanding condition . Both hull and interior in nice condition .No mechanical issues with this engine at all. It starts easily and restart easily all day. It has ALWAYS been properly maintained and never run hard or abused. Trailer is in very nice condition and the tires are almost new with plenty of tread left. It has a clear and clean title, free of all liens and encumberances.
Unfortunately I am not home and I can't sell it myself because i left town few days ago to help my daughter organizing her wedding and i may stay here a while, but this is not a problem because i`ll sell it through NTC services. I believe you know what NTC is if you buy and sell online often, if you don't I'll be glad to walk you through the process. Let me know if you are still interested

Maybe you ought to tell him you want to buy it. You happen to have an extra $10,000 cashiers check laying around the house and you'll send it to him and he's to cash it and send you back the difference....You'll send someone to pickup the boat in a few days....
