Thanks for the info on the manuals, I got one for my GE Profile Convection/Microwave.

Read it quickly and found out that they do not recommend using the metal rack on microwave, which I have been doing. Did not seem to destroy anything yet, but now I will take it out.

It's currently sitting in my garage - will open it up and install over the spring. Too cold to be messing with it now.
