Tere's Dad passed away this morning at 10:24, after a long illness. He would have been 85 years old this coming November. He was a gracious man, never judging, always encouraging, always there to help. All of the folks on this site are like a second family to us. Tere and her Mom and four sisters are doing well since this has been coming on for some time and they were somewhat prepared for it. But you're never really prepared. Please think of her and her Dad, Amador Flynt. Amador means 'one who loves'.

Really sorry for your loss, condolences to the family. You're right about never really being prepared, I lost my father after a year long battle with cancer so I know what you mean. Amador sounds like a great guy, I know Tere was pround to have him as a father.

Take care and God Bless!
