Drivers compartment leg room
I am looking to buy a Barth Regency. My concearn is I can't locate one to set in to see if the pilots seat is long enough for my 6'5" 225# 36" lg legs FRAME. Also What would be a typical fuel milage of a 32 or 34ft diesle coach? In addition are they typicaly equiped with a transmission retarder? I will put on about 15000mi a year (most in moutains) any advise is apreciated. CRB

I can address your leg room concerns. I'm 6'4" and have sat in a Regency. There was plenty of room for me. My Regal has plenty of room even being a gas puller. The seats sit a bit higher and the only issue I have is I'll have to lean forward to see some traffic signals. My seat just needs to be lower and there is plenty of room to do this.

The only place in my coach that is an issue is the over AC controls. If I have my shoes on I could hit my head, barefoot I'm good to go. I think a Regency has more headroom.

Welcome to the forums! Thumbs Up Good luck in your search.

When you contact the members who are selling their coach, ask them to give you interior height measurements from the bottom of the A/C grill. This is usually the lowest point in the interior of the coach.
