2 week ago Sunday I woke with severe pain in the left side upper back, pain was radiating down my left arm to and thru my hand with numbness in the little and ring finger. WHEW Pain was BAD!

Was lucky to find one of the best surgeons in the business. Was also lucky as he had cancellation this AM. Went for it. He "shaved" the disks to alleviate the pressure on the nerve(s).

Got back home about 1:00PM getting (or trying) to get comfortable. Back/arm pain, numbness is GONE, but there is some pain related to the surgical procedure which should go in a few days.

2 weeks R&R and back to the Barth and race timing systems. Will be slow going for the Holidays but that will be good.

Happy Holidays everyone!
