Are you talking about this page? WebTV is nothing more than a browser that you can use thru your TV set. Unfortunately for our WebTV users, this site is more advanced than their browsers are capable of rendering. We have a couple of members who can not post to our site the way it is currently configured. Because of that, I made a "less sophisticated" barthmobile website interface for them. Here is a test post from a WebTV user when I was first testing this out. Here is a post from our website hosting company on the issues with WebTV and their platform.
