Seems like a lot of trouble for a temp setup! I hope he wasn't planning on more than two blocks and 10 mph at most. For the trouble and expense he could just rent a truck for a day?

Was just having fun with the pics. I really have no idea who, what, when, or why. Where at least seemed to be Utah, but I'm not holding them all accountable.
