I have been talking with a dealer about a Barth coach they have for sale. They know very little about it and can't locate the data tag for me. I need some suggestions for them as to where to look for it.

From the pictures and other information I was able to get from them, and info available on our site, I believe the coach to be a Breakaway. The coach is a 1993 28', Spartan chassis with 5.9L Cummins, front entry, VIN #4S7KT9T16NC005443. I checked the Data Tag Project and don't see the VIN# listed in it. I believe this coach was once owned by a member of Barthmobile (hcmcclain) but not sure.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

The data tag is usually on the bulkhead just above the drivers seat.

Thanks very much RainCatcher and Bill.

I saw the posts in the links on your reply Bill, when I first started looking for information on this coach. The pictures from the dealer and the one posted by hcmcclain is what lead me to believe the coaches are one in the same. Also the CarFax shows a Title update 10/11/2006 @62,800 mls.

When I get the Data Tag # from the dealer Bill I'll get the information to you for the Tag Project.

No. Speedy had a Regency 32', now owned by Stringmann, and a Monarch 34', sold to someone out west who used it as a guest cabin, then sold it.

This number was found in the paper work that is with the coach, not from the actual tag.

Said he would continue to look for the tag and get back to me when he found it. I guess he took a long vacation.
