Bill N.Y.Welcome to the site!!!
11k for a 98. Sounds good. Do you have the lenght and model of the coach? Data Tag & vin numbers or pictures you care to share? Is it a commercial unit or was it designed as an RV from the get go?
The more you tell us, the easier it is to answer your questions.

CabinetguyThanks Bill
I just happened across it 10/5/08 and called the owner. It is a bank repo.I asked the guy why he was selling it and he merely stated he got a good deal on it and really wasn't interested in motorcoaches. My wife and I are meeting him 10/11/08 to look.Sorry for now.It has a 454 chevy with 42k miles is all he told my wife.

It could be 40+' with air brakes and you still wouldn't need a
Commercial
Drivers
License. As long as it's an RV, and not a commercial unit, a CDL isn't required.

Jim and TereGreg,
There are several areas in the forum where there are lists of things to look for when buying a new coach. You may want to go to the "search" feature & type in what to look for when buying a new Barth & do your homework. The more you know the better your Oct 11th look see will be.
