I just reserved the Weds night, so we are now there Wed thru Sun. Or I should say I'm there alone with the dogs on Weds and Cheri will catch up on Thursday as her sister is visiting.

Corey, if you're bringing the trailer just remember the turn in the back of our circle. I know you had no problem before so you shouldn't have any now, but Doug won't be there till Friday to tow the trailer if it won't make it through the zigzag.

Thanks Danny. Last year I brought the trailer in case Bill got unruly. That way we could relegate him to the trailer. Turns out he was an excellent guest, so I didn't get to use it as the doghouse. This year I'll leave it home.

I think I'm also going to just go down the road to the left and back into my site. I recall there are lots of low hanging trees on the zig-zag road and my site is right on that corner anyway.

When are you and Suzy arriving?

Now that I think about it, you're right. You can eliminate the whole circle.
Suzy and I should get there around lunchtime Friday, and we signed up for Sunday night the other day so we'll leave Monday when they kick us out. Last year we stayed in our site till about 5:30 Sunday afternoon, and they didn't say anything.

Just an update. We had reservations for Thursday to Sunday, however the Barth is still in the shop.

We are still hoping they can finish our Barth so we can make it there by Friday.

If we do make it, we are thinking of extending it to include Sunday night. It's possible you may have company.

After all the nice forcasts last week they decide it's going to be chilly now, at least for us Florida folks. Maybe BillNY bought his plane tickets?

Danny, now we call that cold. Remember when we were kids? That was good swimming weather in Michigan. Big Grin

On a related note... Wife/kids are now not flying to Disney next year.

Myself? I have mixed emotions on this... So, I am still contemplating the Louisiana Barth Owners G-T-G for 5/5 to 5/8

As I said before, there is a guy just south of the park entrance that sells wood right. Doug will have his truck available, and we should be able to fill it for less than 40 bucks or so. A lot less than the ranger station bundles! Kindling can be a little hard to come by so those little store bought starter logs work fine.

I have been thinking of a day trip and there was a lot of time between when I started and now it is only a few days away. If kindling is an item I can bring some, I would have to work on the fire wood. I was thinking of shoo fly pies for Sat. nite. What ever! Mini and I will stop by some time. We have met a few of you before and are looking forward to meeting more of the astute Barth family. Rusty, what does coffee at the Bushnell exit on Wed look like to you? I assume you will be coming down I 75 ... What time of day?

Folks, Anne and I have reservations for the GTG from the 12/2/10 for 4 days in lot 44. Due to her workload and my back, it looks like we will be unable to attend. If any one would like to try to reserve #44, pm me and I will help cordinate it for you. We very sorely will miss the trip and the social gatherings. Hope everyone has a great time! Ray and Anne
