A couple of things:

Tommy Taylor is working his way east from California in his new '94 Breakaway. He will be leaving it at our place and will then fly to Jacksonville, but will return in time for the Milford GTG. He hasn't registered with the Fairgrounds yet but we should save a spot for him as he is already in NM and will make reservations shortly.

As for the Swap meet and Auction, we need to put our heads together and get these sorted out. Perhaps the Swap Meet could be ongoing with an area designated for such activity, while the Auction will need someone to run it. It could be held on The Saturday around 2pm with proceeds going to BM.com. Barb and I will have several items to be auctioned off (not the cats, although...... nono)

Need some help with these two activities.....

Lou

This is Tom Taylor with the mystery Barth. I will register for the fairground tomorrow. I am greatful for Lou and Bill taking me and our Barth under their wings. So far we have made it from LA to Ok City and have had a number of experiences. Wind and sand funnels, mountains and the Barth did nicely, headlights went out and off and on last the headlight switch I think the culprit since wiggling it caused the hibeam blue light to go off and on in concert and stuff like that but the Gillig part of the coach is great. Big mountain climbs and she stayed at 180. I am running the gen set as we travel to keep the house cool and averaged 8 in the mountains. Have not checked it since. We have put 1100 miles on her.

Kay and I will be back from FL for the meeting. She just retired as a church secretary. I retired 10 years ago as a VP, It at Prudential and also I am retired Army Major thru the reserves. Will be turning 65 in early June.

I was on a Mercedes Benz list site not as good as this for 8 years and know the value of sharing and helping. I will be more than happy to help out where you need me for this meeting. Good way to meet folks. Just dont make me the MC introducing everyone first day out. (haha).

BTW, I got a bad knee. The coach is pouring all the gray water out in the middle. Thank god not the black. Am I missing a valve to turn off an on? There appears to be no grey water going to the tank.

There could be a bad joint, as the only valve in either system is the dump valve.

I'm currently at my place in GA, but will be back in FL Tues 5/29. I'd be happy to come over and help with any issues you have, but only if you can locate Brooker Big Grin (I'm a retired Navy O6, so I would expect the appropriate genuflecting) ROTFLMAO

You'll see him at the Milford GTG in a few weeks. Currently, Tom is exploring the Midwest area.

Sounds like you two will have some "Things" to talk about besides his Barth. Big Grin Thumbs Up

Kathleen & I will help out where and when needed. We will hopefully be arriving by late afternoon on Thursday. Just let us know ahead if you need anything and we'll try to do our best.
And Hank---I need the bottom control board for my rear Penguin A/C. I hope what you may have is the same as what I need. Please reserve it for me and we'll catch up in Milford.
See you all soon...
