That's my brother Bob in the picture, in Palm Coast, FL. I watched him come up through the RC ranks when we lived side-by-side back on Long Island 40 years ago. He would spend 60 days building a model and about 60 seconds flying it on wires to destruction. Then it was back to building another one. Now he heads a 100+ member club in Flagler County.

Like you, I went another route. I accumulated 5,000 PIC hours flying mostly reciprocating engine aircraft. (I wonder whether you and I ever talked in the ATC system.)

I think I recall Rusty is a Bonanza jockey and thought he might enjoy the picture. Glad you did.
