No juice to make the engines turn except the gen which was on the house battery side.

Gen still did not catch but my friend was on-site with the engine and furnaces running. Seems lots of charging helped. The levelers cycled air pressure came up and in general systems tested worked.

If it is a diesel generator you might check the small electric fuel pump that supplies the engine. Mine slowly got worse and then stopped. A new diesel marine pump fixed it for under $75.
