If anybody needs an inspection of this coach, I am very close. I was not aware of it before, however. It is certainly much different from the Ford-powered 1997 I inspected near Marshall in January 2011.

I think this is a beautiful coach. My only downer is the color of the front vinyl, but that's purely a matter of taste. The bedding is great. As something to consider, our neighbors just bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid, a very nice little car, perhaps the car of the future. The price? $37,500.

Talked to the owner Thursday. Price is now $32500. He is in Florida 'till May and the coach is in Michigan. Maintained by Fox RV of Middlebury, Ind. If interested, PM me and I'll give you the owners number. Out of reach for me but it looks very nice.

It's buttoned up nice and tight in enclosed storage, like a garage. Doubt if it's climate controlled but really don't know.

A good friend had his MH damaged to to tune of several thousand dollars by pack rats in the wiring. He now uses Rataway and swears by it.

Let's see, $.60x 29000# equals about $17400. I can do that.

If Barths are as good as we all seem to think--- they should be worth at least >$1/pound. In my view mine is still worth more than that!
