$10,000 PRICE IS FIRM (It's worth it)

Don't miss out on this American Classic! It's a 1987 Barth, 25 ft. unit with a Chevy 454 gas engine that has 105,770 miles.

It sleeps 4 - two in the bedroom and two on the couch in the living room [the couch becomes a double bed]. It has had more than $25,000 of after-market additions (made in 1998 - all reciepts in Barth Folder).

More specifically, there is:
- Howard Power Steering
- The Mountain Tamer (gasoline version of jake brake)
- Hydraulic leveling jacks
- Banks Power Pack
- 4 Alcoa wheels- a factory Imron paint job like the original
- hot water heater
- two air conditioning units
- Living room windows replaced with double paned peninsula
- new holding tanks & plumbing
- wooden shades throughout
- bilstein shocks and more.

Every manual, upgrade and reciept is in a neat file for you. Check out the super nice and easy to use awning. You will love this convenient and cute motorhome!

Welcome Cathy, unless you have some seriously rose colored glasses I believe your coach is worth every bit of 10 G. Some interior pix would be nice. The 25 foot is a perfect 2 person traveler in my opinion, and I hope it finds a good home.

Here are some pictures of our super cool Barth. Enjoy!! If you have questions let me know.

This letter below was from the prior owner before my mom bought it in 1/2000. It talks about what he put into the Barth which is a lot. We bought it from my mom last Feb, 2010.

I believe that is the most impressive list of options and upgrades I have ever seen on a 25-footer.

Nice Barth indeed! That price seems reasonable given the appearance and equipment. Wish I had more manuals, my Barth came with very little paperwork.

That is the same floorplan my Barth has and we love it. This Barth has a few options mine doesn't have but would love to have.

Great looking coach!

Hi there, I just wanted to let you know that I sold my Barth. I have had a
lot of calls about it in the time it was posted, but no one came to look.
The person who purchased it last weekend is from CA. He flew out with his
friends and drove her home. Thanks for the forum, Cathy Rixey
