I have a 1974 22' Class C that is about 85% original. This was a project that I could not pass up but since I bought it 2 years ago I have had more irons put into the fire that I have to get done. With that said I would like to see this camper go to someone that will put to good use. This camper is on a Chevy Van Frame toting a Chevy 350 and trans to match. Generator runs but will not stay running, A/C comes on but is not cold, Hot Water tank works but need the supply tube for the flame to be replaced, the room heater does not work, the propane tank hold pressure and the water pump work great. If there are any questions please feel free to ask and I will answer them. There are a couple of pics but more upon request. We are asking $2,500.00 for the camper.
Here I go again. Will be in Orlando this week and have emailed the owner to see if I can look at this. Tere thinks I am nuts. She's right. I'm going to retire for the 2nd time Jan 1st, so need something to keep me busy. Right now, we have a big mower, big tractor, 28' Barth, 28' pontoon boat and two old Volvos in our garage. Where would I put this? Humbo (aka Jim)
I talked to the owner a couple of times this week. The Barth has about 75000 miles on it but the engine only about 10000. He just put a new starter on it and said it runs fine. Hasn't been licensed for some time. I decided to pass and help Tere with her continuing effort to keep the 85 updated and running. Humbo (aka Jim)
