Issues to be addressed
1. Generator – starter spins runs great when it starts
2. Bathroom ceiling fan needs replaces – cover has small hole
3. TV need to be replaced – still analog
4. Windshield has spider crack

2. 100 gas – 75 gal fresh – 50 gray – 40 gal black ( I think)
