I guess it is better from the horses mouth. NMC in Omaha NE is just about to finish installing our new factory reman 3208. I take the blame on the old one. Cats don't like overheating, The engine actually shut down a couple of times. Coupled with losing 2 injector tips and washing down 2 cylinder walls with diesel. Sure makes a mess out of the cylinder walls. If all goes well I should be heading East from Omaha to Monticello, Ky by weeks end. I'll try to get some pics posted to show what you have to take apart to replace an engine. NOT PRETTY. New 3208 is sure purty. Hope I can keep it half as clean.

Tom,

Thanks for being "upfront" on this. Your unselfish attitude means the rest of us can keep an eye on that engine temp gauge and hopefully avoid a similar catastrophe.

Best regards to you and Nancy,

Lou

Yeah, don't I know too... you start out with a little oil leak, crawl under to check it out... oh boy.

Above all, take care of your wife and your engine! Thumbs Up
