St Vrain is located beside I-25 so you do hear road noise when you walk near the highway. With the temps between 20-50 we decided to take out the Barth. I didn't want to go up in elevation so we went to St Vrain.

There is a trail going around a lake with plenty of wildlife to see.




The campsites are very nice. They have concrete pads and 50 amp service. The shower house is very nice, be sure to bring quarters.

I really enjoyed walking around the lakes. Only 20 minutes from home, we will be back.
