Congrats, you have seen a lot of change at Indy the last 10 years. If you have chance to get downtown, it has a lot to offer.

Leaving for INDY today with our new (old) TOAD! Just about everything had to be fabricated but it worked. Always remembered the old adage "It's not how you travel, it's how you arrive".

Back home last night after a visit from the Turd Fairy! I made the mistake of not re-welding the "horns" of the frame where the bumper bolts are mounted on the '53, and on the way home they finally let go and the bumper was pushed down. Drove the Barth and the Chevy the last 70 miles into Little Rock and rented a U Haul Dolly. Remainder of trip uneventful and the fix will be replacing the light steel the PO of the truck used for bumper supports with 1/4" steel plate. Should resolve any future issues. BTW we had no damage to the truck but the safety cables were destroyed by the road rash for the 100 yards or so we had the tow bar scraping. Great Race and good cool weather.
