Mike.HAnndrea's Barth is 30ft. I asked her to measure it before I took a 10 plus hour drive to go look at it. Her dad died and she has little info about it. I am looking for a good deal on a 25-30ft. Barth regal. Could this be it?

Mike.HEd, If you could stop by there and give some feed back on the condition and how it compairs with the price I would be greatful.
