Yep, that's a pull-down bunk, just like mine.

I'd really be surprized if this turns out to be a 24 footer....sure looks like the 125" wheelbase chassis.....My 24 footer is on the 156"WB with an additional gaucho on one side and additional closets on the other.....

That said, it's a cute unit (obviously in need of an aluminum polisher's magic D'oh
