I have lowered the price b/c I simply need it gone. I have lowered it from $3500 and this is the bottom dollar I will accept for it. It is a classic motor home (look Barth up on-line) and is definitley a head turner. It has 37k miles on the 454 Chevy Big Block and runs great. Only thing wrong with the RV is it will need the flywheel replaced at some point and will need a new sewer tank installed but runs and drives great. AC is cold and Heat will need looked @.... The generator (ONAN) I have never messed with.... I have installed a new starter, roof vents, sealed the roof (had minor leak damage when I got it), and new tint throughout. This is all that is wrong with the unit (which is minor) so please don't e-mail me and ask me what's wrong with it. I will accept trade offers.... This will be the last time I post this so if you would like some internal pics let me know. Thanks for looking.... Location: Ingalls W4JDZ | |||

Yes we have... In the past, he also had this listed on eBay too. Here, at this link, are more photos for this coach.

In the past he was willing to entertain offers besides money. Here is one post. To the right person, this could work out for you. I have to admit, the quote by Bill was very funny. "Seldom do we see an ultimatum from a seller." I've talked to Mitch, the seller, and he seems sincere in pointing out what is wrong. Sometimes to your own detriment, pointing things out sounds like you're talking it down. He might be at the stage where he is going to strip it, junk it, or donate it. Who knows why he would say that - probably frustration - several months, several thousand dollars - needs extra money - who knows. It is a very odd statement to make in a potential sale beforehand... If this was me, and I was trying to sell this... I wouldn't tell anyone beforehand, but my next avenue would be to go on eBay and start the bidding at $1.00 and let the chips fall where they may. I've sold vehicles like this before... I believe in letting the market sell it, not me.
