When you think about it, this thing has all kinds of possibilities, but could it fit under anything? Anybody know the height? I just emailed the seller to try to get info. What about bunk beds for triplets Thumbs Up I just looked at Bill's older post. This looks like it has a lot of basement storage.

Talked to the owner's son today. It really hasn't been used as a motor home much, but more as a mobile home. The rear door has been closed permanently sort of to make for a larger rear bedroom. The bath is in the center but may not be a separate room Supposedly it has 10' ceilings but I've asked him to check that. Probably 8' at most. He's also going to check the height. It may be taller than many bridges allow. He will also check the GVWR. It looks like there's a lot of basement storage. It would be interesting to know how they achieved that on a P chassis. Could it be something other than a P frame? It is a 454 he said. More later.

I received an email from the owner's son who states that the vehicle weighs 14500# and the height is 13'. I've asked him to verify that the height was measured to the top of the air conditioners and that the weight what is shown on the plaque. That sounds a little lite for a 30' Barth. If anybody is interested, I might be able to get somebody to look at this thing. There seems to be some info that it was originally a classroom. Wonder if it was ever legal for the road?

The owner has confirmed that the height is to the top of the air conditioner(s) and the GVWR is 14500. My contact is in Tampa. Anybody near enough to Orlando to look at this for me?

Well, guess it won't be for the triplets after all. It's too tall to fit in the garage. But it might make a really great motor home for the right folks.
