Did you see the last bidder Chatahoochi has an 80% Ebay score. I have never seen anyone with an 80%. But maybe he will get that coach with "original paint".

This time it's called an "American Coach", not a Barth... Looking at why he got a 80% it seems that one of the negatives were a mis-understanding that both parties agreed with. He even went on to say it was a mix up and he would still deal with Chatahoochi. The other one was described and photographed by the seller (Chatahoochi) well with a description saying it was scuffed up. I would deal with that guy. It's not like he ever backed out of anything. I have a 100% feedback with 92 people. I think the one person (buyer) who left the negative feedback with the motorcycle bags was expecting something special when the seller (Chatahoochi) stated that it was scuffed up and in an accident.

This is parked in Rusty's area, maybe I could get him to go look at the tires. I might save a little money, and if there is a ladder on the back and he likes it, maybe, just maybe,..... aw the heck with the idea...........carl "THE TOY 88 33' Regal SE Coach #3448 Former owner of "THE TOY" 1988 Barth Regal SE 33' Tag 1992 Barth Breakaway 32' 2005 Coachmen Mirada 32' DS

Maybe we could gently peel the paint off and sell it, too... re·fresh·ing (rĭ-frĕsh'ĭng) adj. Pleasantly fresh and different: “common sense of a most refreshing sort” (William Raspberry). Producing or stimulating physical, mental, or emotional vigor The adjective refreshing has 2 meanings: Meaning #1: imparting vitality and energy Meaning #2: pleasantly novel or different You must be looking at your neighbors houses and, for your own sanity, have convinced yourself that this actually looks good. This is not your fault, it is a coping mechanism. Hopefully it's not to late, I think I can help. The remedy would be to hop in your Barth and see the good old USA before it's all gone. The only drawback would be that after you made it back home you would have to convince yourself all over again that it's refreshing. It's like the elephant in the room no one talking about. I think were having a hard time believing that the paint is original. No hard feelings, just a joke.

When the buyer saw it in real life, he was so refreshed he reconsidered and retreated, regretfully. . 84 30T PeeThirty-Something, 502 powered

I just have to ask the two Bills, NY and El Segundo. Are you both these kind of ecletic kind of metro guys who would have written "Zen and the art of Motor Cycle repair" or "Ceramic headers and their impact on modern world history, versus, cast iron manifolds and the physics of Japanese tea pottery." Both of you have quoted the worlds philosophers, writers, etc. etc. and you both can swap out a 454 on a Sunday afternoon during my nap time... NY Bill I know makes his living fixing trucks and El Segundo Bill kept airliners in the sky, (I still thing that is magic). You both are truly great and when you finally meet around the campfire, I wanna be there. And we are all blessed that you are here....

I tried to think of ways that we're different and can only come up with... ...The differences between the two mechanics professions: I have my name etched in the tools I own. ...The differences between the operators of the equipment we work on: Only one can run out of fuel! Now as far as the writing skills are concerned... Let's just say that one of my earlier and better poems was... The Empty Barn No horse of course!

With about 17hr's to go it's now up to 3k. The "refreshing paint scheme" has not kept this coach from still getting bids and extra questions. In the last day alone there have been more questions asked and answered then in the entire time it was up. We'll see what the morning brings. I really hope to see this sell to someone who would take care of it. To borrow another line "Better an ugly Barth then a pretty Winnebago"
