Marvin+DorisI agree with Mr. Scrooge, but everyone's taste is different. For the money I would get Admirals coach, got all the creature comforts too. Not too keen on the swirly paint job. But like I said, matter of taste. Would be boring if everything was a clone.

Don, I just took a look at the Regency brochure, and the 34 standard plan looks a lot better than that photo. In looking at the photo, it looks to me like there is very little space between the passenger seat and the door well. The Regency plan shows a lot more room. Room for a chair, even, but my Floor Plan Queen still says the 32 Regency floor plan is way better.
In the photo, this coach's plan seem poorer than the 34 Regency plan. In the photo, the forward edge of the counter and the forward edge of the dinette appear to be more or less even. Perhaps the dinette is actually farther forward. In the Regency plan, the dinette and the doorway are farther back, leaving more useful room behind the passenger seat.
Since there seems to be no table on the passenger side, one could guess that the passenger does not swivel.
Geeze, we have more useful living room space in our lowly 30 ft gasser. And, that is without using the passenger seat as a living room seat. Same thing for the 30 ft side entry Breakaway. As I recall, Roy's and Linda's 34 gassers had a better living room
AND a dinette.
Interestingly enough, the 32 Regency has about the same living room as ours. The 34 gains a dinette, but loses much in the living room.
But, if I am seeing the photo right, this coach does not have the same floor plan as a 34 Regency. Of course, this coach is not a Regency.
Of course, without an accurate floor plan drawing of this coach, I can't be positive.
Putting on my Scrooge hat again, the interior does not seem as nice as a Regency, either. Heck our gasser has nicer cabinet work, too. The Formica counter and table tops are strictly low end, too.
While crabbing, I will also say that the ribbed side Barths look nicer, as well. And are stronger. I would be curious as to the bulkhead spacing on this one. Some of the later smooth-skinned offerings seemed to be more lightly built.

olroyYup. Our Regal SE had a table & 2 tub chairs across from the sofa. The entry was behind them, with an expandable dinette behind that, across from the galley.
The entry on this unit appears to be further forward than my Regal, & the space between it & the passenger seat is wasted, though it would have been a fine location for the large toolbox I used to carry.
We had center twins & a rear bath, but the center bath Regals of that era had the same arrangement forward. Perhaps this plan was custom-tailored to achieve a larger bath & bedroom, thus using up extra space. All-in-all it seems less practical than the standard floor plans available for our '90 Regal SE.
Also, our Regal had Corian counter tops. This Regency has laminate, but the other cabinetry appears a cut above what we had.

Don in NiagaraI see what you mean about the mid entry door beng a little further forward than in the older models. By the mid 90s they were using the Spartan Mountain Master chassis and calling it a Monarch or a Sovereign. This coach has air brakes so likely has air suspension as well.
As far as corian and hardwood and tile flooring is concerned, these did not come standard in a Regency. I have seen several without these, our 1990 has laminate counters and full carpet front to back, and I saw a 93 Regency owned by one of our members that did not come with corian.
I'll bet we'll get the full scoop here, soon.

I think we need to ban the word "standard" from the Barth site. Especially in the newer models.

I have seen this coach. I looked at it before I bought the one I have now. Denver is located outside of Charolette NC. It was residing on Lake Norman out side Denver NC. The coach did have air supsension. The best I can remmember, it had bay ac and a propane generator, now this has been about 4 years ago, so my memory might not be right. At that time, the price was about $60,000 with the car and tow bar. I have more pictures of it in one of the pc's if anyone is interested. The coach was purchased by the onwer at that time. And it was claean and presentable and taken care of. sky
