Tere and I looked at this one about two months ago. It has a lot of rust underneath, and I mean a lot. This one is very rough, inside and out. There were a couple of people who talked to me about it. Guess no one bought it. Looking at the very nice '77 in Oregon, gives you an idea of what $5000 can buy these days.
