Looks like a nice coach, but $60,000 ? I would think he'd be lucky to get half that... Again a nice coach but the price is nowhere near market value.. The seller is optimistic or naive I'm afraid. If he sells it I'm gonna have him list my Regal for $30,000!

This coach looks very nice in the pictures. And according to the discription has about everything a person could want.

As you can see I'm a newbe. And would appreciate all the help and suggestions I can get in determining the fare market value of a coach I may be interested in.

I realize this is a pretty subjective issue but some input would be sincerely appreciated.

A very nice coach indeed.. but I wonder where their NADA number came from. I just went to the NADA site and they list 94 Regency 40 ft in the 29k to 35k range, more like I expected.

As usual, it makes me wonder what these coaches actually sell for, we often only see asking price. I'm not sure how many have actually sold lately so the quotes may reflect older sale numbers when times were better for RV sales.

OTOH, some of the quotes on earlier Regals are lower than my perception of market values (but not 50% less!)

The big unknown.....the actual selling price.

As I said, pricing and value are a very subjective issue to the seller and the buyer. NADA numbers are helpful but seeing is believing.

The research continues.

That's an old ad... this isn't a new sighting on Barthmobile. We've talked about this coach a few times.

01-18-2008, 03-16-2009, 03-31-2012 And apparently it was on another website for a few years at $125,000 too.

Last I heard, back on 3/12, he decided to keep the coach and it is not for sale anymore.
