It appears to be a repowered 8.2L Detroit Diesel MCC chassis. Now it's Cummins 370hp attached to the stock MCC axle...

Being a diesel mechanic, I wished I lived close just so I could inspect how that was accomplished.

I'm definitely intrigued and would love to crawl around so I could give options or critique a future swap out for another member here that might contemplate such a swap themselves.

off topic but.....when all these sightings are posted, no matter what the source, is it possible to collect all the photos and info to put into the mass Barth data base somehow..?

we usually try. In this case I've already collected it and will put it in our data base after returning from vacation.

I noticed it said air brakes and air suspension.

Wonder if it was converted to true air brakes and was the air suspension added.

My 85 Regency had air over hydraulic brakes and four wheel independent suspension with heavy duty shocks.

Also mine was just 35 feet long.
