It looks like a trap site that puts up junk so you click all of their links looking for useless stuff.

Maybe you buy something at that link or maybe you just increase their link clicks so they get paid for directing traffic to them.

If it's not that, I have no idea what else it could be as I couldn't find anything either. head bang
