Probably your Allison tranny, or it could be for power steering. Hard to tell from the photo. Try following the hoses and see where they go to. Big Grin

looks like you need to remount and top off your coolant tank and then move the 3 rings back into place on your orange charge air cooler hose.

Sorry, that's the mechanic in me needing to tinker. mechanic

Power steering. Makes sense. I had figured the hydraulic for levelers, brakes, tranny, oil, radiator. Never even thought about steering reservoir. I'll have to track the hoses to make sure but it makes sense. Thanks

Good eye Bill actually already topped off the antifreeze. Remount the tank? confusion You mean the zip tie holding it vertical ain't right? ROTFLMAO
Now I knew something looked off on the orange hose but not knowing what it should look like?? Those rings should be set in the grooves? Sounds right. Thanks for pointing it out. Can't fix if I don't know about it.

That looks like your resistor pack for the fan speed on your heater/ac controls.

Disconnect it and you will probably only have hi speed.

In regards to the coolant level...

If the tank isn't mounted properly, it'll suck in air instead of coolant when it gets low. Based on that image, it may already be doing this. If that is the case, your radiator is low too.
