While working on the EGR Problem mentioned earlier I heard a slight squeak. I decided to investigate further and I found that a defective idler tensioner back drive pulley was making a noise.

I changed out both belts and the tensioner.

~ Drivebelt Tensioner Assy ~
Napa Part Number: NBH 38142
Carquest Part Number: 89205

The two belts are another story. Because I removed the A/C Compressor Assembly a few years ago, I needed to figured out what the A/C bypass belt was.

K060770 Gates Belt or a 5060770 Dayco Belt for the Alt, Fan/Water Pump, Crank, Backdrive Pulley and the Power Steering pump... missing in this equation would have been an A/C Compressor. This would have been a longer belt.

The other belt is a K060485 Gates or a 5060485 Dayco and this is for the Hydro-Boost pump, Crank and Fan/Water Pump. Nothing is missing or bypassed for this belt.

In this case I took the picture from the Napa Website.

Some of the time I'll draw my own pictures as is evident with all of the artwork you see on our site.

I really like dealing with Napa as I know most of these stores are franchise owned by a local area business person. Parts turnaround time is fantastic if it's not in stock and everyone is usually very helpful and knowledgeable.

Re Pictures: Sometimes when I have the time I'll manipulate an image. Here is the same picture turned, shrunk and sharpened up with Microsoft Photo Editor
