Mogan DavidI think pre-Monaco Safari's were alum skin on alum wall framing.

RustyAluminum-on-aluminum (I looked at several). The frames are spaced much wider than Barths, and they're fastened with pop rivets.

Bill N.Y.I see that you're starting to enjoy your new coach now. Everything better?

Manuel BThanks for the avatar, I like it.
I still haven't figured out my brake system, but the new shocks you suggested stopped the bouncing. The HMC group support is nill compared to Barth people, this Friday I'm heading to Road Atlanta for the Mitty,
http://classicmotorsports.net/events/Mitty12/ 3 days of vintage/historic sports car racing, it'll be the first fun outing since I got it,
Thanks for all your help.

Jim and TereJust from the pictures, your FMC looks very nice from the outside. Do you have a lot of other pics posted elsewhere?

Manuel BThank you,
I have a bunch of photos posted here,
http://photobucket.com/MBHMCAnd I will be moving in soon fulltime here,
http://s96.photobucket.com/alb...t=scanofnewplace.mp4And the previous owner called me, he said the combination to the safe is written down on a piece of paper, INSIDE the safe, at least nobody can steal the combo.
But the great news is it shows 106,000 miles, but he said the engine was replaced at 102,000 the dealer didn't know this or they would of used it as a selling point, a friend said I got a good deal because the 4K mile engine and 732 hour 7.5KW Onan and roof A/C's are worth what I paid, I don't know about that, but I am feeling comfy in it,
Going to Barber motorsports park this weekend for a few days of kart racing, going to park in the pit of a friend who's son races shifter karts and put out my awning and enjoy.
Bill N.Y. has been great in helping me and answering dumb questions and giving me info.

Moonbeam-ExpressI'm envious that you're heading to Barber Motorsports for carting. I raced there last year in One Lap of America, don't think there could be a more beautiful racetrack on earth!!
