I was asked for a larger panoramic picture - so, here you go. If needed, I can go much larger than this.

So, from your conversations with the Barth folks, let's hear some of your most interesting facts, trivia and anecdotes.......Those opportunities will probably never happen again!

Been home about 24hrs and I have a lot to catch up on. I suspect that most of the people who attended fall into this same category. I did manage to get several photos posted, but my time is limited right now. Now Nick, he's is a good story teller... Maybe we can coax some info from him. But... he went to the ZipDee Awning Company to get some factory work done and might not be home til much later. Rusty maybe... he might have some time soon. Tom and Nancy are on their way to Alaska, so I don't suppose we'll be hearing from them anytime soon. That's why everyone who could have made it, should have come. You're right Lee... Sadly, I don't see this opportunity happening again any time soon. We did manage to get a treasure trove of literature and pictures that need to be uploaded and categorized. I have to wait for Billy T to send me the info as he had the scanner and copied this for us. Thanks Billy! For now, I'll post some of this stuff that I have. These are pictures of pictures. I stopped doing this when Billy T started scanning them in. I was told that the Nuell Coaches were made at the Barth Factory by the same employees but was considered a separate entity. In the background of this image you'll see the Barth Travel Trailers with this Nuell Insert. The back of this camper pick-up insert says BARTH. You'll also notice that the brochures have the Barth trailers and the Nuell Camper inserts on the same page. So, I would suspect it was an accounting or tax thing for why they did it like that. We did have a Pastor visit us who used to build our Barth Motor Homes in the late 70's to mid 80's. He came back again in the early 90's to build more coaches. I am pleased to introduce you to Pastor Randy (Spider) Webb who has a prison ministry. I will be contacting Randy soon as he has a big file of literature and pictures that he will be sending us. He promised, so I do believe he will deliver. Thank you Randy!

Still enroute home, parked short of my planned RON near Macon. A sinkhole near I-24 eastbound MM 118 closed all eastbound lanes. I made 15 miles in 4 hours so stopped at Adairsville's Harvest Moon RV Park. Thank you! Barthmobilers and former employees you are the BEST! We had a great time and felt honored to welcome everybody in our Barth. As for now we are dry camping in the parking lot of a towing company. We almost made it home. 4 mi from Monticello KY or 40 mi from our home the alternator coughed up a few bearings and locked up. Luckily we rolled into a gas station. So the friendly folks from Coachnet rescued us and towed us back to Somerset KY. Waiting for the mechanic in the morning in the comfort of our Barth Also getting a greaseable u joint installed. We are joining the Barth tow away chapter.... 1999 Bluebird Custom 33' 8.3 Cummins diesel pusher Former owner 1989 Barth Regal 25'
