It's calling you! It needs rescue, it is worth it. Just got overwhelmed by all the work. If you can put it in your own driveway and work on it at your pace. But working in the rain in somebody elses driveway for perhaps 2-3 days will not work. Unless you got a truck like Bills! 1999 Bluebird Custom 33' 8.3 Cummins diesel pusher Former owner 1989 Barth Regal 25'

Re air sensors TM EFI: part of it is on top the motor and there is a small box behind the passenger seat that can be quote"adjusted with a screwdriver as you climb hills". No instructions for that. All other instructions are in the MH. Also a knob behind drivers seat yu have to turn to run the motor. The fuel lines are the braided screw in type. They pulled a double axle box trailer with motocycles. It must have power! 1999 Bluebird Custom 33' 8.3 Cummins diesel pusher Former owner 1989 Barth Regal 25'

Shame on me, I did not. The only thing visibly different was a round top saying "Air sensors TM electronic fuel injection". No manual or paperwork on it. And lots of acorns stored by squirrels. And that small black box behind the seat that you have to manipulate with a screwdriver. Ouch, forgot, put one of those headbanging red faces here. For the interested: www.auto-nomics.com Air-mass sensor It is hot-wire anemometry which measures air mass. Delivers precisely controlled air to fuel mixture to combustion chambers. Google thanks. FWIW... I thought it was Air Flow Research used in muscle cars, but "research" is wrong. It is "air sensors efi". Case solved. . 1999 Bluebird Custom 33' 8.3 Cummins diesel pusher Former owner 1989 Barth Regal 25'

As fate would have it I am traveling to Dallas for work in about 10 days. I'm going to have to go look at this Barth. 83 28' Barth "Euro" Chevrolet 454 P-32 Chassis

I hope you give it a better report. I know Marvin+Doris didn't get it, but he didn't complain about the wasted trip either. So, my take is it's probably doable if the right person got their hands on it. Please, take photos and repost back here. I would love to give this coach a fair shake.

It is doable. We just did not figure in that we would be in someones driveway, out in the rain all week, also feared transmission seals, rear end seals and these pesty locked up brakes. The spring on one leveler is broken in two. My fear it is going into the money (we spent over $6000 to fix everything under our bus incl. brakes, this not incl. Motor rebuilt). Towing it back 800 miles would have been pricey too. It was a dilemma, one part said try, the other one said WHOA. By the way the old fuel could have been transferred to a pu in the back lot that's going to the junkyard. 1999 Bluebird Custom 33' 8.3 Cummins diesel pusher Former owner 1989 Barth Regal 25'

If it doesn't sell at $10,000, maybe it will at $20,000...That makes sense, right?? Maybe the seller thinks potential buyers are just writing it off due to the low price tag. Thinking that a higher number will make it appear as a better unit...Interesting "The greatest good you can do for another is not just share your riches but to reveal to him his own." I hope she done some work on it, the gas drips right on the motor. But first you have to get it down from the levelers and they are broken. 1999 Bluebird Custom 33' 8.3 Cummins diesel pusher Former owner 1989 Barth Regal 25'

Fact is, if an uninformed person is looking to get in a motorhome, 20k will buy you a much newer SOB. Then if your informed and know you want a barth, you know that 20k will buy you a newer coach in running condition. I actually made her an offer on this coach, but I guess it was too low. ~Jeff~ 1984 28' Regal P30

Daddo must have suffered sticker shock with that new price tag. Maybe it is a typo. 1999 Bluebird Custom 33' 8.3 Cummins diesel pusher Former owner 1989 Barth Regal 25'
