Hi,
I am restoring a 1983 22 foot Barth Motorhome and need a source for the rivets. I have tried several company's including Mc Master Carr with no luck finding the high domed style. Can you give me a lead?

Thanks for the input on Hanson Rivet-they don't have them but if they did minimum order is 10,000. Can you imangine having 9,960 of those babies laying around. On to the next bit of advice.

What you want is the Olympic Rivet. They make it possible to get a nice rounded rivet with the solid look a a Buck Rivet without having to get to the back side. The shaving tool is somewhat costly but will save lots of hours. You can get Olympic Rivets here.

They make mushroom caps for pop rivets. You simply pound them in after setting the rivet. When I did our bus conversion used a lot of them to match the original buck rivets.

The RV6607-08-08W looks great. But, does not look like a rivet I can tighten with my hand-squeezed pop rivet tool.

Just an update. I ordered 100 rivets from Hanson with no questions asked. They must have changed their policy.
