It's the end of the year and I guess I was bored this morning, so decided to do an end of year audit on Barths For Sale and Barths Sold through the years. Here are the stats (simply counting the posts, some didn't eventually go through I believe):

2004 - 16 sales
2005 - 18 sales
2006 - 37 sales
2007 - 26 sales
2008 - 23 sales
2009 - 24 sales

Total over 6 years - 144

6 year average - 24/yr or 2 per month over period

Current inventory - 19 Barths for sale or 9 1/2 months worth of inventory

For those, like myself, that first found your Barth here - it's really fun to revisit the sale.

Additionally, thanks to Dave/Bill for creating/maintaining a conduit for more than just a RV site, but a social network and lifestyle.

Little did I know how much a part of my day the Barth acquisition would become and a happy part at that.

Happy New Year

By the stats, this was an average year to buy---- but when it comes to a Barth, what is average--- they are all unique, ---- and that is above (the rest).
We certainly feel that way about our "new" Barth!
