sweetTWe bought the Barth!
We took the plunge and purchased the 30ft. 1994 Breakaway. Thank you all for the suggestions before the purchase.
So far we have resealed the windows, roof, and luggage boxes.
We are looking forward to taking her out over spring break. I have a feeling it will be a long winter.
We are having an electrical problem.. the coach has no interior power until we drive the unit for awhile and the inverter finally kicks on and our step goes in and we have power. Is this a battery issue or an inverter issue? Any suggestions?
Thanks for any help. We are looking forward to meeting up with you in the future. We would like to post a picture if we can figure it out!

Steve VWNice looking coach!

Hope to see you on the road soon.
Sounds like your coach batteries are weak but it could be a problem with the generator/shore/invertor transfer switch.

Maybe another Breakaway has had this issue. Good luck.
Have Barth, will travel

ditto
Any chance you can send a picture of the data tag, near the driver seat. Look on the wall or cabinets.

crouch38sweetT, welcome to the forum & congratulations on the purchase of a fine looking Barth.

I would also get the battery checked out. Easy to do first , then go from there.

Duane88You guys are too kind about the coach batteries, my bet is they are dead ducks!!! The power seems to come on only when the battery separator asks the alternator to charge the coach.
