A young fellow came down from Cleveland, Ohio, today and picked up our '81 245 Volvo. He was delighted with it. Said it was twice as good as the pictures. So ends a chapter that began over 25 years ago. Tere and I probably have had over 20 of them, 120s, 140s, 240s, 940s. We bought them, fixed them, sold them(sometimes actually making money), drove them, went to Volvo meets, took buses to pick them up and drive them home, it was a real love affair that we both were part of. But that chapter is now closed. Barths are now our focus and, to honor Tere, will continue to be for some time. It was a great ride, but we're looking forward to a 2-month trip this fall in one of our Barths(want to take bets on which one?) and Millford in 2014. Onward!!
