Anyway...........I'm fine.

Super busy living in Barth while finishing a new house.

We do little more than work, eat and sleep. I am 69, but my joints feel like 89.

I try to keep up here and have sort of limited my posts to P30 issues, since that is most of my experience, and the area where I think I can be most helpful.

It's coming along decently. The biggest problem is the inspectors. They will not commit on anything, but will always reject something or want it done differently.

This is particularly vexing when they run into something that they have never seen or is not spelled out in the code. Like hybrid water heaters, 12 volt control of 110 circuits, batteries buried in the ground, solar panels on a steel roof, curved concrete stairs, etc.

Many of the upper ranks in that dept have been promoted way beyond their capabilities.

The actual cutting and pounding is quite enjoyable. So is the dirt moving with my new tractor.

No, just stick and staples, but a little unusual stuff thrown in. Things will get a little more unusual after the final inspection, though.
