Anyway...........I'm fine. Super busy living in Barth while finishing a new house. We do little more than work, eat and sleep. I am 69, but my joints feel like 89. I try to keep up here and have sort of limited my posts to P30 issues, since that is most of my experience, and the area where I think I can be most helpful. . 84 30T PeeThirty-Something, 502 powered

Been there--- Done that!!!! Donna and I lived in the Barth from September to April while we rebuilt an old house. Of course at only 67, I'm MUCH younger than Bill So I only feel about 87. Good Luck with the project. Nick

It's coming along decently. The biggest problem is the inspectors. They will not commit on anything, but will always reject something or want it done differently. This is particularly vexing when they run into something that they have never seen or is not spelled out in the code. Like hybrid water heaters, 12 volt control of 110 circuits, batteries buried in the ground, solar panels on a steel roof, curved concrete stairs, etc. Many of the upper ranks in that dept have been promoted way beyond their capabilities. The actual cutting and pounding is quite enjoyable. So is the dirt moving with my new tractor. . 84 30T PeeThirty-Something, 502 powered

No, just stick and staples, but a little unusual stuff thrown in. Things will get a little more unusual after the final inspection, though. . 84 30T PeeThirty-Something, 502 powered
