Hi everyone
I’m going to go look at a 1992 breakaway tomorrow morning. It’s a diesel pusher front entry 84,000 miles. Looks like it’s in great condition but I’ve yet to see it in person. Any tips for a rv newbie ? I’ve been a Volkswagen Westfalia camper for a while, but looking for something a little bigger for the family I’ve always liked the looks of Barth coaches don’t know a lot about them from personal experience (yet) I’m pretty Mechanic inclined plan on looking at it myself Any tips would be greatly appreciated
Thx -theron

Is this the one with the dolphins airbrushed on it? If so you might be doing me a favor because I don't really need it but I'm about ready to just go buy it cause it's so cool.

We absolutely love our Breakaway . The Cummins engine and Allison transmission is an excellent combination. You can research this site for repairs and upgrades that have been done . The Breakaway with the Spartan chassis is a great platform . We pull a Jeep on a 20 foot car hauler with no problems , just don't be in a hurry Smiler.

Happy Motoring Tooling Along

Heres the data tag . Can’t wait to go get started on it . It’s in great shape just needs a few interior things taken care of overall I’m extremely happy with it .

Good for you! I really didn't need another Barth, so I'm glad it went to another home and someone who found our site. Keep us informed how it works out for you.
