Fred & CindyInfra Red finding moinsture
My son-in-law is a building inspector and uses an infrared device to check for moisture behind walls. He checked our Barth this morning and to my amazement... he found no moisture or leaks throughout, even in the ceiling or around the roof mounted air conditioning. He did find a couple spots in our house that need some attention. This is a good way to locate trouble areas.

Mogan DavidThe device actually reads heat -- very useful to check where heat is escaping from homes in MI. Because wet areas are cooler, it just happens that moisture is also detected.
