Anyone know where I might find a used baseplate for my '98 Grand Cherokee?

There used to be a site for trades of hitches, tow bars and base plates. I watched it for a while but ended up cobbling up my own. I lost the bookmark in a hard drive malfunction Maybe someone here remembers or has it.
