We always called ours "Comfort Zone" ... I always kinda wondered why more people don't name their RV's and put the name on the back, like everyone does with their boats.

'Old Blue' was the name given our '85 Regal by our grandkids. Roger is keeping it and I hope he is able to put it on the front or back. No matter who owns it or where it is, it will always be 'Old Blue'.

My Class B is built within the width of the original van sheet metal. Thus, after fitting in a galley and a head and two twin beds, there is precious little floor space. Maybe I should call her "KOZY COACH", Particularly because I am from Kalamazoo, where those were made. But, I don't want to be sued by somebody who bought the rights to that name. confusion

StaRV II - its predecessor was StaRV I, and together, we've made over 60 star parties.

My '87 diesel Ford 1T LWB van, StaRV I's RV predecessor, is "The Whale".

The Regency was called "Ugly Betty" and most of you know the story. Since the Foretravel is 40ft, Donna decided she was "Big Betty"

One is "Fred Flintstone" because of her age, one is the "Command Center" because she was Command Center for the Maryland State Police Department, the trailer has no name.

Bubba Barth started after driving it for a while. The way it saunters down the road. The width and overall boxy structure. How it looks when sitting in a parking lot. And a Bubba kinda brown to boot.

If few good old boys from down south were sitting on their porch as it passed bye and say to each other 'Now that's a motorhome right there Bubba. To me it screamed Bubba. And it rolled well when spoken so that was a bonus.

Then hanging out in it and remodeling it. I would walk from the house and over to the Barth and say "here we go again Bubba." Then it became Bubba Barth.

Cheers
Meric

Falanthrapod sounded funny and a bit confusing. Plus it's not even a word.
