VinnyHardware and Parts
I am looking for misc. knick-knacks for my 1977 22ft Barth. Also looking for ideas on cleaning and polishing the Aluminum siding.
I've really enjoyed your site and I'm looking forward to all the news and information you have to offer.
Thanks Vinny

DALE SMITHYes, just where is your shop Dave? I have a FREE oil change COUPON. How much for a wash and wax too? Do you have FREE pick-up?

davebowersHi Vinny,
No I don't have a shop, I don't even change my oil. That's why I started this site almost 5 years ago because I didn't know nuttin.
Actually most Barths were painted. Even the one that look like shinny aluminum are many times shinny aluminum colored paint. The aluminum used on Barths were not generally the aluminum that shines up real nice like an Airstream. This is the shiniest one I have seen.
https://www.barthmobile.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/000406.htmlThe above is a thread on this site which talks a lot about polishing the Barth. There are actually a lot of discussions on polishing so just search above and you can check them all out.

VinnyFunny!
You seems so very knowledgeable that I was sure hoping that you did.
Thanks for the info on polishing. Just want to make sure I keep it as mint as possible.
Do you by chance know of anywhere local to Minneapolis or surrounding area that one can store their Barth for the Winter?
Thanks

davebowersHey Vinny,
Most of the places you will find are in the western suburbs like Delano, Waconia, etc. There is a fancy place up in Anoka on Hwy 10 but it cost a fortune. But the two biggest places are The Fair Grounds in St. Paul. Call them now and get an application and believe it or no they have about a thousand rvs and boats at Canterbury Downs. These places are pretty reasonable but you have to put it in and you can't get it out even if it is 70 deg in Feb.

VinnyThanks for the info....that wouldn't want to put it in a storage place that I couldn't take a quick trip.
I'd like to put a picture up here but I have no idea how to go about it.
Help!
Thanks
