Hello all, I search various auction sites. This particular site is a municipal auction site that usually sells surplus stuff.Lately there has been things posted for sale that really takes me back abit..Like personal effects being auctioned by a county coroners' office..But this one posting i seen on this auction site has me a bit perplexed.
Can anyone help me understand what they are trying to sell at this one listing? Below is a link.**WARNING VERY GRAPHIC PICTURE IN AD**!! NOT KID FRIENDLY!

The auction is listed as: Carolina Biological Supplies Cadaver Dogs
Auction #719591

I've heard of a barrel of monkeys, but never a barrel of dogs.

I do know from my times working with aviation programs, specifically fast jet ejection helmet bucketing, that human cadavers are very expensive. We purchased just the section of the body that was needed for the experiments (shoulders up), but they needed to reflect the mean average of the 5th to 95th percentile human factors for both male and female pilots. Lessons learned, a female's neck will break with 70% of the pressure it takes to break a male's neck. Sometimes I need to remind Cheri of this Big Grin
