Email him and he'll tell you he will need to make the deal using EBay with some story about him being out of country. That's the bait, it then gets more ridiculous. Typical Nigerian scam. There are 1M of these a day being put up on Craigslist. Only worth responding if you're starting as Nigerian check collection!
